Q: Hi there, this software looks promising and great for my needs.
I do have some questions however.
I am a designer for a magazine, and so the proof needs to be sent to the editor to go through and make comments. I have setup a demo trial and all was fine until I went to review the proof again and I can no longer see the pages in the PDF proof I had uploaded. Is an 80 page magazine too large for your approval software? Or is my profile just having a major glitch?
A: Hi there! This would be unexpected behavior. To the best of my knowledge, an issue like this has never occurred in Ashore before. A very large number of customers in Ashore are routinely proofing magazines, catalogs, or other long-form PDFs. If you could please email our support team (support@ashoreapp.com), we'll make sure you're in good shape right away. When you message the support team,...
For the review link and also the email sent to approver, can it be password protected for confidentiality? I am trying the free trial, I can technically give the link to anyone, and they can have accessed to the document for approval. 2. Can I manage 2 different brands (with different domain & logo) in a same ashore account? Noted that will need to apply different codes for that? 3. Is there team features/folder that I can restrict users access (project based deliverables is confidential and it is not meant to share with all the team members).? 4. Appsumo user is mapped to Enterprise plan, I can see that your website has Enterprise API access, can I confirm if we want to get that, how much do we need to top up? 5. Without the API access, we can still use the zapier for the integration with other application (e.g. ERP) correct? 6. Other than zapier, is it in the roadmap for Ashore to support other integration tool such as pabbly connect and integrately?

Password-protecting your proofs is on our roadmap, but it is not currently available.
Q: I logged in to my newly created account and got started, and was very impressed.
However I have since run into issues. Firstly, setting up CNAME did not work, and had to be manually done by your team. Since that has occured I cannot log in to the platform, and the password reset function does not send mail. I have tried emailing support, PM'd socials and now here to hope to hear from someone ASAP as I was needing to send a client documents for approval ASAP! Hellllppp.
A: Hi there! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's my understanding that your support issue was resolved and you've shared some product feedback with us. I appreciate that! Your feedback is helpful as we continue to build Ashore.

Q: Hi!
Thanks for coming to AppSumo!
I really want to get Ashore. I love the demo. The two things holding me back are:
(1) Lack of proofing live landing pages;
(2) That users can't be restricted to only certain docs (and instead can see everything.)
Can you confirm if either/neither/both of these things are on the roadmap, and if so, ballpark eta. Thanks!

Q: hi, I have a few clarifications as below: 1.
