Correct. And AtomChat does not have its own user management, we use your website’s existing user management for authentication. They do not need to create any separate AtomChat account.
Once the integration is done, visitors and vendors can use AtomChat’s widget on your website to chat with each other.

To keep spammers at bay, we have the Block user feature. Vendors can block users from the frontend. As an admin, you too can ban IPs and users.

This isn’t a default feature. But we have Email notifications for offline messages. If a vendor is offline and not responding, they’ll be notified by email that they’ve received a message. I think this should address the problem. let me know!
6. Yes, for every individual chat, users will have the option to ‘save conversation’. This saves their chat as a .txt file on their system 🙂
The mobile apps were not giving the best experience overall and so we have discontinued them for a couple of years now. The marketing page on the website is still active as it gets some traffic and we are revising that to reflect the white label aspect of the web platform.
last time I asked for them I was told that they are only offline for a short period of time as you are focussing a lot on CometChat at the moment. And on the Deal it still says "For Sumo-lings that opt for tiers 3 and 4, you get white-labelled mobile apps with your branding. The only requirement for these is that you have a Google/Apple developer account and please share the required collaterals (please refer the FAQs here)"
I bought two accounts last time and I have none of the Apps in the stores yet. For me the mobile Apps where the main reason to buy this deal. Do you see a chance that I still can get them online somehow?
For me the whole deal is useless without the mobile apps.
I do understand that the apps helped you decide on the deal. The decision to stop the apps was purely because both the stores (Google and Apple) were becoming increasingly difficult to comply with.
The white labelled app was based on a template with some customizations and the stores would reject apps basis various reasons including "similar design to another live app". Having it be a part of the product and not being able to get customers' apps live was creating a bad experience overall and that is why we had to discontinue them to focus on a truly rich web experience.
At this very moment we do not have a mobile app roadmap. We may do something on this in the future when we have explored alternatives to creating a similar product (like collaborating with a nocode app building platform). I appreciate your bearing with us on this.

The latter is right. There is no limitation on how many licenses you can get, but with one specific email/AppSumo account, you can get only one license!
Honestly I am not sure. I wrote about "multiple licenses" but in my case I had an "old" License in my account which was not connected to Appsumo. So I thought I can handele multiple licenses ... but I didn´t test it with two Appsumo-Licenses yet.
Yes, that is right. If you sign up from our site, you can sign up with the same email address but with AppSumo, only one license can be bought under one account :)

Q: I really think the 10GB limit and one website per subscription is the deal breaker.
Storage allowance should be be larger than 10GB. We do need to retain chat log permanently for legal purpose. Extracting the chat log and delete out the current is not an ideal practice.
The plan should be more flexible on number of website. Paying max tier 4 just to accommodate 1 website, that's limiting for me.
I agree that in certain cases what we are offering may not be ideal and we will take this feedback into our learnings for product development.
Having said that, we have found that 10GB works well for most of our customers and we are considering adding 3rd party storage services for augmenting this limit.
The 1 website per account is there by design, as each chat instance is mapped to 1 website's user base. I understand how it may appear limiting but it is there in place to provide a seamless SSO with the site login.

About the 1 website even for maxed Tier 4, I believe having SSO has nothing to do with the ability of 1 website. It is actually will help when we have multiple sites. Basically, I want to be able to set up for multiple sites but and having the flexibility to assign number of users to each site. The current plans you have is basically set in stone and there's no flexibility at all.
It will be helpful if you come back with a better offering. You will definitely sell more plans. As for now, this is off my buy list.
BuddyBoss can do the same with unlimited options. The only downfall is they charge for the mobile app and you don't.

"All Growth Plan features" is not a typo! Both Tier 3 and 4 include AtomChat's Growth Plan features and Tier 4 has higher storage, MAU, file-sharing limit, and data retention period.
It is not mandatory to have a separate membership plugin, we fetch the default roles assigned to users after they log in.
Also, thank you for your suggestion! Once tested and documented, we'll list new integrations!
When I am looking at the atomchat pricing plan (website) it appears that the Tier 4 plan is mapped to the Mega Plan except for a more generous MAU.
My concern is that as email notifications, zapier and white label branded apps are important features of the upper tier plans AND are not normally available to the growth plan we are mapped to....this potentially means important future features that come as Atomchat matures and new tech standards roll out, us sumolings on an LTD could find ourselves missing out on these important features/updates. Please note I am mostly referring to Tier 4, I can see tier 3 maps better with the Growth plan.
I tend to avoid any LTD's that are not linked to the creator's website plans (future proof) for this reason, I am happy to see that atomchat has linked their plans to the website and while I do think the current limits are generous, before I consider purchasing a few plans I want to know where we stand when it comes to future features. When I stack especially for top tier I do so to be linked to the top plan and would be a lot happier to hear that Tier 4 was linked to the Mega plan for this reason.

This is quite a big deal as I already got the Brilliant Directories and was looking forward to have this integrate with the site. Perhaps you could run a quick test if it works?
I thought about this for a while and I feel the exact use case of a Clubhouse will not be achievable using AtomChat.
The closest you can offer to your community is a video/audio broadcast to 50 (host included) users. This can replicate some aspects of Clubhouse, but the conversation is uni-directional.
Hi Amit, can you show me how this can be done? I've scoured the platform for instruction but cannot find one. So far, I can only do video calls with other members, but not a broadcasting function like you described here.
In AtomChat's UI, next to the text area from where you type your message, there is an arrow icon. Please click on it and you will see 'Start a broadcast' as one of the options!

Having said that, we have found that 10GB works well for most of our customers and we are considering adding 3rd party storage services for augmenting this limit.
The 1 website per account is there by design, as each chat instance is mapped to 1 website's user base. I understand how it may appear limiting but it is there in place to provide a seamless SSO with the site login.

About the 1 website even for maxed Tier 4, I believe having SSO has nothing to do with the ability of 1 website. It is actually will help when we have multiple sites. Basically, I want to be able to set up for multiple sites but and having the flexibility to assign number of users to each site. The current plans you have is basically set in stone and there's no flexibility at all.
It will be helpful if you come back with a better offering. You will definitely sell more plans. As for now, this is off my buy list.
BuddyBoss can do the same with unlimited options. The only downfall is they charge for the mobile app and you don't.

including Tier 3 and 4 which follow and even exceed your top Mega plan (tier 4). I was about to purchase this plan but noticed typos stating these are linked to "All Growth Plan features" Will purchase once these are changed to the deal page.
Hope to see integration guides for peerboard and brilliant directories as I plan to link your sso to them. For wpress and sitejet websites without membership plugins how would your solution work?

"All Growth Plan features" is not a typo! Both Tier 3 and 4 include AtomChat's Growth Plan features and Tier 4 has higher storage, MAU, file-sharing limit, and data retention period.
It is not mandatory to have a separate membership plugin, we fetch the default roles assigned to users after they log in.
Also, thank you for your suggestion! Once tested and documented, we'll list new integrations!

When I am looking at the atomchat pricing plan (website) it appears that the Tier 4 plan is mapped to the Mega Plan except for a more generous MAU.
My concern is that as email notifications, zapier and white label branded apps are important features of the upper tier plans AND are not normally available to the growth plan we are mapped to....this potentially means important future features that come as Atomchat matures and new tech standards roll out, us sumolings on an LTD could find ourselves missing out on these important features/updates. Please note I am mostly referring to Tier 4, I can see tier 3 maps better with the Growth plan.
I tend to avoid any LTD's that are not linked to the creator's website plans (future proof) for this reason, I am happy to see that atomchat has linked their plans to the website and while I do think the current limits are generous, before I consider purchasing a few plans I want to know where we stand when it comes to future features. When I stack especially for top tier I do so to be linked to the top plan and would be a lot happier to hear that Tier 4 was linked to the Mega plan for this reason.

I thought about this for a while and I feel the exact use case of a Clubhouse will not be achievable using AtomChat.
The closest you can offer to your community is a video/audio broadcast to 50 (host included) users. This can replicate some aspects of Clubhouse, but the conversation is uni-directional.
