Q: Hey Amit, Thank you for bringing AtomChat to Appsumo.
The integrations look fantastic and we can definitely see this being a useful tool on some of our websites.
We have a concern however as your roadmap does not look like anyone has done anything since 2001. This leaves us wondering if you are relisting on appsumo for a last minute money grab before closing the project down.
Can you please confirm that you are indeed still actively developing for AtomChat and that you are still viable and sustainable?

I realize that the roadmap is not updated and this reduces confidence in our potential and existing users. I will get it up to date and cleaned up ASAP. We are constantly optimizing and evolving the product. Some things are not visible to the end users and some are.

Q: I purchased a tier 3 plan specifically to be able to build off of the premium chat functionality with myCred.
I tried reaching out to your email support but never received a response.
Is there any way to enable pay-per-minute for text chat? Under the myCred integration settings menu, there's an option to set a credits-per-minute for audio and video chat but only pay-per-message for text chat. Is it possible to enable this? It's critical to our current project.

Credits for text messages can be assigned based on the number of messages only and not minutes. That's the feature and it can not be customized.

Q: Hi.
I've been sending you messages to sync my account to the current Tier 2 limits. Your campaign is ending and I still haven't gotten a response. Q: Hey AtomChat Team, Congrats on your fantastic reviews and what looks to be some very positive energy building.

Two quick questions:
1) Can you please comment on how your solution differs (or perhaps complements) the community/chat features included on other multifaceted platforms such as EzyCourse?
2) Has any consideration been given to a tier with 3-5 websites but, say, 5,000 monthly active users? I have multiple communities that would benefit from your tech, but 3-4 are less than 500 users and the largest likely won't eclipse 1,500 even accommodating for growth. From the Q&A I've reviewed, I suspect the way to go is probably just a Tier 1 license with a subdomain for each community, but I'd be willing to pay at the Tier 2 level if I could trade 15,000 users and 1 GB of storage for two extra sites. (i.e. 5 website, 10k users, 1GB storage for $109... or something like that?)
