Q: Could this be used for 1:1 private sessions as well?
Like with Zoom: I can meet with 1 person or host a webinar for 100. Currently I'm not hosting large virtual events BUT it may be in my future. Meeting 1:1 with clients is though. Really like the look of this product but I just need to know if it can also meet my immediate needs.
A: BeHuman.Online can be integrated with thousands of apps with our integration with Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and our own custom API + Webhooks! For example, using Zapier, you can sell tickets on Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, Ticket Spot, Ticketbud, Mighty Tix, etc. You can also integrate with many other apps like Google Sheets, Gmail, Typeform, etc...
Please write to our team at support@behuman.online if we can help with anything else!
Happy to help! In case it's helpful, here's a link to one of our training videos which reviews using Zapier to integrate with Eventbrite: https://vimeo.com/906936283

A: Hi Rob, thank you for considering BeHuman.Online for your online experiences! 🙏 If you want to use video calling then yes, you do need to link to AWS. In the near future, we'll be releasing an update to the platform to support other video engines (other than AWS) which have a large free tier - up to 10,000 minutes monthly, which should alleviate a lot of the cost associated with smaller meetings on the platform.
Think of BeHuman.Online like a car rental service: we provide the vehicle (the virtual event/meeting platform), and the gas (video data) is what you pay for based on how much you use it. We give you the tools, and you drive it as far as you need, consuming video data from AWS for as long as you're on video together.
Our focus is to create a unique and brandable online event space that people enjoy using - not to mark-up video data from 3rd party vendors (as other event platforms do).
Linking to Amazon Web Services (AWS) is only needed when you want to allow attendees to meet on video such as in the Lounge or in the Private video feature, or if you want to use the Main Stage feature. The AWS-powered video features are billed directly to you by Amazon Web Services (AWS) based on your usage.
For allowing access to streaming videos (live or replay) in a branded, registration-enforced environment on your own domain name, there’s no need to link to Amazon—great for evergreen webinars, multi-day conferences with multiple keynote events, or private corporate knowledge base / training content.

Q: Do we need to pay anything to host live webinars whatsoever?
Hello,
I'm a little confused. Do we need to pay anything to host webinars or not? If we do, under what circumstances?
Thank you.

Q: What Sales platforms do you support?
Looks like a great platform! I have one question. Your website states the following:
Sell On Eventbrite (+ many others)
Can you specify what other sales platforms BeHuman integrates with?
Thanks!

So, just to confirm, you can host a webinar without AWS but a video call/private call requires AWS? Is this correct?
