I'm pretty sure that this is a great tool from the reviews here only the support documentation does not appear to reflect the actual situation and personally, despite not being completely stupid when it comes to technology, I find the whole experience intuitive, frustrating and thus far a waste of time. It would be good to be able to contact someone or even submit a ticket for support, a functionality I have not yet been able to locate. Many thanks. Paul

Is there a way to play a video with a countdown while people are logged in waiting for the event to begin?
I plan on having just a few participants while live-streaming to other platforms.
Also, can I play my own music during the event. Either by connecting my iPad or having the music easily accessible on my computer?

Live videos on BeHuman.Online come through your live stream source - like YouTube, Vimeo, Mux.com, or your own CDN - so it will be the same source that you are sending to other platforms. The simplest approach here would be to send the count down & music through your live stream.

Q: Is allowing Sumolings to directly change the custom domain link, when needed, on your roadmap?
Will you allow Sumo-lings on tier 3 - 10, to update a custom domain link themselves (for each client needing it), instead of having to request it? It would be good to offer a fully branded event, with tailored domain name, to some clients. Is this something that is on your roadmap?

Q: lounge tables vs. breakout rooms
I have two questions:
1. In which ways do the lounge tables differ from breakout rooms, where people can switch in between the different rooms?
2. Also: Can I as a host view what is happening within these "tables" and then click on one partici

Attendees, and you (the Host), can see who is at each table. Attendees can jump tables, and you can also.
