Can the Editor role access Bit Form to view and manage entries only?
It would be better if there were a separate function or sub menu on left panel allowing users to access entries directly, without seeing the form builder by default or clicking menu icon (dots). After everything runs, it seems there are too many clicks to check the leads for end users (eg. clients or marketing team).
Hi there, 1. I think you have activated the license after installing the Pro version. You can visit this documentation on license activation : https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/getting-started/install-active-and-update/ 2. Yes, you can send email notification upon Form submission, you can follow this doc : https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/apply-conditional-logic-using-bitform/setting-up-email-notification
Yes, Bit Form has Paypal as a payment field. You can make payments on form submission. For more info, you can visit this doc : https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/payments-setup/setup-paypal-payment-integration/
I would love to know if I can use Bitform to create a placement test for an online learning website. I might need conditional logic, different questions types including images, videos etc. Plus, I need to report and emailing quiz-takers afterwards with the results because it's going to be a level test for language learners. I see a "Quiz Module - Create Quiz form with Bit Form" (Development mode)...
Bit Form doesn’t have a fully developed quiz module yet, but you can still create a basic placement test with it. You can set up questions, assign values to each answer, and calculate a total score using a hidden field.
That score can then be sent via email to both you and the person taking the test. It also supports conditional logic, so you can control the flow of questions, and you can include images or videos using the HTML field (via iframe). However, it’s important to note that the result cannot be shown on screen after submission, it can only be delivered through email or stored internally.
Yes, the file attachments are saved within your site storage and also can be send via email with the Form output. No, Bit Form only supports converting forms from Bit Form only, it does not support importing from CF7 or any other Form builder

Hi, Right now Bit Form does not offer any role based functionalities but there are plans in future to add role based capabilities.
Is there any estimation date? TIA
We will work on releasing the feature within 2 months.
Q: Forwarding List to Email Id
Hi,
1. What is Pro (I see it while editing a form)? I have Bit Form Agency LTD, but for certain settings ask to upgrade to Pro. Can you please explain?
2. Is there a way to forward the lead to my email id when someone submit the contact form? Or any resources that explains how to do it?

Q: Two questions..
Are file attachments saved anywhere or are they one delivered via email with the form output?
Is there a path to convert existing Contact 7 forms?
