Powerful social monitoring platform with great AI potential
BizReply is a really useful platform for tracking keyword mentions and engaging with conversations across social platforms. I especially like the combination of monitoring and AI-powered responses, which can save a lot of time when managing multiple conversations and campaigns.
The interface is clean, the workflow is straightforward, and the ability to bring social mentions into one place makes it much easier to stay on top of relevant conversations.
One feature I would really love to see added is MCP (Model Context Protocol) support. An MCP server would make BizReply much more powerful by allowing AI assistants and agents to securely interact with BizReply data and actions—for example, searching mentions, monitoring keywords, generating reports, or taking supported actions directly through an AI agent.
Overall, very promising product, and I'm excited to see how the platform evolves. MCP integration would be a fantastic addition!

Useful Tool, but Needs Better Sensitivity for Transgender Content
BizReply is a handy tool, and the core functionality is definitely there. It makes responding to social media posts faster and easier, and I’ve found it particularly useful when managing engagement for my retail company. In that context, it does what I need it to do quite well.
Where I’ve struggled is using it for my transgender support and education platform. As the founder of that platform, I frequently engage with content involving transgender people, LGBTQ+ issues, healthcare, legislation, and current events. BizReply doesn’t always seem sensitive enough to the nuances of transgender topics, which can result in responses that feel inappropriate, overly generic, or simply miss the context of the conversation.
That makes it difficult to rely on for one of the areas where I could actually use automation the most. Better contextual understanding of LGBTQ+ topics (particularly transgender issues) would make a substantial difference.
I’m keeping it because it works well for my retail business and is genuinely convenient. There’s a useful product here; I’d just like to see the underlying AI become considerably better at handling diverse communities and sensitive subjects.
3 tacos for now, with plenty of room to become a 4- or 5-taco product.

When will you have MCP?
[2026/9/1]
I bought this product last year, and I have been waiting for the function of MCP. When will you have MCP?
[2026/9/7 updated]
Thank you for replying, but it took six days, and the response only said:
“We are expecting MCP by Q4!”
For lifetime deal products, aside from their long-term viability, what matters most to me is the quality of customer support.
The simple reply does not answer several important questions:
* Will MCP be included in which License Tiers?
* What is the more specific expected release window?
* Which tools and operations will MCP support?
* Will it be a remotely hosted MCP server?
* What authentication method will it use?
* Will MCP queries consume mention credits?
This is not a sufficiently detailed product response; it is only a brief roadmap commitment.
I was seriously considering upgrading from Tier 2 to Tier 3. However, without clear answers about MCP availability, functionality, tier access, and usage limits, I can only wait and observe for now.
