Q: Blaze Transfer and Blaze Drive Limits
Hello. I am an online course creator and I also write ebooks. I am considering Blaze Quantum for sharing files and agreements with my Accountant and my Lawyer and for sharing my ebook and video tutorial files with my Collaborators for their feedback and editing. Based on what I have understood and a previous question, it seems that the full power of Quantum Encryption will be if I use the Workspace mode for sharing my files, if this is the case, then I'll have to invite the people mentioned above to become members of my Workspace. In this context (1) do the Transfer limits reset every month? (2) if I delete a file from Drive, will the storage limit reset? and (3) if I remove a team member from my Workspace, will the member limit reset? Please let me know. Thank you.

1. Transfer limits reset automatically as files expire. You can set the expiry period when uploading, up to 30 days. If your plan includes Long-term Storage, files can be kept longer, but this draws from your Drive storage.
2. Yes, deleting a file from Drive frees up that storage immediately.
3. Yes, removing a team member from your workspace frees up that member slot.
Also, a quick note: you don't necessarily need to add everyone as workspace members. Files shared via a transfer link are also end-to-end encrypted, and you can add an OTP for an extra layer of security — so your accountant, lawyer, and collaborators can access files securely without being invited to your workspace.
