Q: Email
Hi Blaze team! To make sure I understand...even if I am using a custom domain and essentially white labeling the portal, emails would come from the blaze.cx messaging system? I understand it from the security perspective, but please understand that would cause confusion and security concerns for the client. Same issue with requiring the client to register with Blaze.
But to be clear, when you say, "If any of the recipients don’t have a BLAZE Quantum account, you’ll need to share the link manually. From this link, they can download the files," are you saying the workaround is to copy the link and email it manually (meaning they would only see my domain and not Blaze)?
Emailing directly from the portal is ideal, but that's a reasonable workaround. If I am not understanding correctly, any chance an alternative will be explored? Thanks!

Edited Jun 6, 2026A: Hi,
All emails are sent by Blaze Quantum email servers. Custom email service is not supported.
The Link feature is designed to be both highly secure and easy to use. To guarantee your privacy, our system ensures that only the sender and the intended recipient can access the shared files. Because of this strict security, you will need to send the link directly to the recipient using your own preferred method, such as email, a text message, or another messaging app. Ultimately, this feature provides a quick and safe way to share files with anyone.
If the recipients have a Blaze Quantum Account, even a free one, and you send it in EMAIL mode, the recipient will receive an email with a link.
Thanks , Regards
Thanks
Thank you. Assuming they do not have a Blaze account...if I send a link via my own email or text, will it take them to my branded portal to get the document? This way they are only seeing my company and not a "third party" in Blaze?
