Q: Blue is not honouring its promised features anymore. How to stop this from happening?

Blue is clearly scamming people who purchased this deal just a year or two ago. It has removed most of the promised features . From unlimited records to 2000 records and automations have been limited to 500 . Why are we being deceived like this, not in one app but several apps?

Q: Discrepancy in AppSumo Tier 5 limits (4 vs 5 Companies)

I purchased the License Tier 5 deal, which clearly states it includes 5 Companies.
However, my billing dashboard currently shows "Licenses used: 1/4", indicating a total limit of only 4 companies instead of 5.
Has there been a change to the agreement without announcement?
