Q: Blue is not honouring its promised features anymore. How to stop this from happening?
Blue is clearly scamming people who purchased this deal just a year or two ago. It has removed most of the promised features . From unlimited records to 2000 records and automations have been limited to 500 . Why are we being deceived like this, not in one app but several apps?
The "rug pull" seems to be the business plan for apps here on AppSumo. They would be better off making the apps available for a 6-month trial period. Then you pay the difference of your particular tier if you want to keep the app. That gives the devs time to establish if their business model is sustainable. No more bait-and-switch.
100%. I could understand putting storage limits in place because some accounts abused the system, but for legitimate users, introducing ridiculous limits like 2,000 records feels really restrictive. It’s especially frustrating when basic features are missing too, like saving and sharing filtered or sorted views, or being able to update, move, or delete records in bulk...Time for new reviews?
I also notice limits on things that were once considered unlimited, like custom fields. The custom domain feature was also removed and made pro-only. But how did you arrive at the 2,000 record limit? My account shows 50,000 records per workspace under Settings > Usage. Are there differences within the AppSumo LTDs, or has the limit changed since then?
Thanks for bringing this up. Looks like they have made upgrade on this and for legacy accounts they are giving 50000 records per workspace. Earlier my account showed 2000 . I just logged in today and navigated to settings -> usage and was pleasantly surprised to see that 2000 is now 50000
I don't understand why you're requiring us to upgrade to a subscription plan or Pro, just to use the AI feature, since we're having to use our own API key. Since we're using our own API key, I believe it would be appropriate for you to allow us to use this feature without having to subscribe to a Pro account. If you need to charge us a small one time fee to use the AI features, I could understand.

Thanks very much, PUAV. I located my copy of the email. "As part of this transition, ... which means..." As if removing this promised feature is an inevitable result of the changes. After quickly finding 9 instances, I stopped counting the number of times the feature was promised in the AppSumo questions. This is very disappointing.

I purchased the License Tier 5 deal, which clearly states it includes 5 Companies. However, my billing dashboard currently shows "Licenses used: 1/4", indicating a total limit of only 4 companies instead of 5. Has there been a change to the agreement without announcement?
