Boardmix Questions

Hey, quick question about Boardmix—if we buy it now, will we still get updates a year or two and more down the line? The whole point of these lifetime deals is getting all future updates, and that's what the AppSumo deal terms say too. I really like the software, but I want to make sure we won't be stuck with an outdated version after a while. Both on here and on your www it says updates are included, so just wanted to double-check!

Why can you not go in to accounts and check for yourself ...that is a question
I have given full details of both free accounts and permission to go in take a look for yourself ?? But Instead support just keep saying try this try that (repeating the try this try that ) .All I want is free account upgraded to a appsumo tier two ?? .That's what I purchased .

If not PDFs, can we copy and paste the text into your system to automatically, and SMARTLY generate the content on the board without or with little manual amendments?

I've been waiting since May 12th for clear instructions on upgrading my Boardmix lifetime plan to Tier 2. Your May 29th response stated I can "upgrade by paying the difference in price" but didn't address:

1. WHERE do I make this payment?
- Through Boardmix directly where I originally purchased?
- Through AppSumo?

2. HOW do I start this process?
- Is there specific link or portal?
- Will my AppSumo Plus 10% discount apply?

3. WHAT is the exact amount I need to pay?
I've asked these questions multiple times (May 17, May 22, May 29) without getting specific answers.As an existing customer who purchased the lifetime deal 1.5-2 years ago for $99, I'm ready to upgrade but need these practical details to proceed.

Please provide clear step-by-step instructions so I can complete this upgrade I've been trying to finalise for weeks.
