A: Hello @albertodasilva2004! We are a small USA-based team who many of us have experience in digital marketing, product/saas development, as well as some even running our own digital agencies. :)

We have seen the need for the market to have a very quick yet robust system to be able to store digital branding assets as well as providing a simple way to access them, not only for clients, but for ourselves too! BrandBay launched in November of 2022 and has been growing and maturing as a platform with over 3,000 users now as more and more marketing teams and digital agencies are adopting BrandBay into their workflows and client experiences.

We take pretty extensive measures of data security to have your assets safe. The servers are US-based currently. BrandBay also features a bulk download feature that allows you to download multiple assets at once.

While we plan for BrandBay to be in for the long term and scale up, if there ever was some type of event like that, I would not expect anything less than a long warning ahead of time and a very simple way to pull down all of your assets locally. We have taken significant measures in the development of BrandBay to wisely build our systems efficiently to minimize operating costs and giving BrandBay the best chance to scale regardless of user-demand on the system. :) I do not believe we are the type of people to leave you in the dark without you being able to access years of your hard work.
