I’d like to know if there is currently a way for users to access BrandBay on mobile by logging into their own BrandBay account, rather than accessing content through public share links.
For my use case, it’s important that the information and brand assets remain private and are only accessible to users who have been given an account or authorized access within BrandBay.
Ideally, these users...

A: Hello Vanessa, thank you for the question!
Currently there is not a mobile accessible version of the logged-in BrandBay application, however this is something we are open to further considering if this is a feature we may develop in the future.
That being said there is also a current way to use share links in a more secure way for mobile workflows and that is password protection. You can...
Q: Need by default all files should be private, as of now i saw them they are public, anyone can access.
Brand permission i have set to no to public, still everyfile i upload the link show that file is be default public, what is the resolution to it. we do not want files to be public without approval for any crawler.

A: Hello Manish! Thank you for your question :)
From what you have described here it does sound like this may be resolved by adjusting your account permission settings.
Seeing as this is more of a personal account related question would you be able to please reach out to us via our support email: support AT brandbay.io ?
We would be glad to help you there adjust your settings by going...
In BrandBay, you can create code snippets. Would it be possible to build a WordPress plugin that allows users to manage those snippets directly from WordPress?
Ideally, the plugin would let you turn individual snippets on or off as needed. This would make BrandBay much more powerful and easier to integrate into client websites.

A: Thank you for sharing this idea! Currently the code snippets feature in BrandBay is moreso aimed at storing and keeping track of important code snippets - rather than causing them to run inside of the various platforms they may pertain to.
However we are open to considering this feedback, as well your other question regarding potential future integrations capabilities :)
In the interface, we can create collections to manage a brand. Would it be possible in the future to have collection templates that can be deployed for each new brand?
This would allow me to create a standard setup, so my clients know what to expect. Right now, I have to create each collection manually.

A: While we do not have a standalone collection template feature at the moment (we are open to considering this idea though), you are able to currently create brand templates, which will copy over the settings from an existing brand including the collection and group structure :)
So if you have a standard client SOP you'd like to use then this feature is available when creating new brands by...
Q: Is there a Figma or Bricks/Elementor plugin on the roadmap?
What I’d love BrandBay to do is serve as the central base for my brand. For example, I could design the brand in BrandBay, design the website in Figma, build it with Bricks or Elementor, and create ads or print materials in Canva or Affinity.
I don’t want to manually copy brand assets and styles between tools. It would be much better if the brand design were already available inside those platforms.
Is integration with Figma, Bricks, Elementor, Canva, or Affinity something that’s planned for the roadmap?

A: Hello Nicolet! Thank you for your questions :)
I do see the value of a use case like this and this is an idea that is currently on our ideas board in part (Canva). While it is not in current development, you bringing it up here does give us an indicator that it could be something more requested by the community - and can help us determine if this is a feature we would add in a future...
We do not use chrome or chromium browser but TypeKit. We will try the Mac App. Maybe an MCP server can help so we can ask an AI to copy the hex codes and paste them into Figma or Bricks, for example. But it would be more elegant if it were a direct plugin. Because there would be more control. And AI Agents are difficult for a lot of people. Bynder has direct integrations with WordPress, Figma, EA
Anyway, you already kind of had me at Hello. I just bought Tier 4 ;) Even though I have a lot of wishes, the tool feels just right! Can't wait to get started with it.

But it would be great if the functionality resembled that of the code snippets plugin. That would be so powerful.
