Hi! I am primarily looking for a way to manage my digital assets. I have a LOT of images and videos that I’d like to centralize, tag, etc, to make it easy to get my hands on what I’m looking for. How robust is this part of your platform? Is this something you’ll be adding more features to as time goes on? I’m specifically wondering how easy it is to tag and sort assets for easy retrieval. I see a feature request from 2 years ago with ~40 votes on your roadmap about this - is there any way to export an entire brand guideline minisite created with brandbay as a PDF? In case we want to distribute a PDF version of our brand guidelines externally? Is this feature still "planned" after 2 yrs on the roadmap?

We were previously on BrandFolder and it wasn’t a good value proposition and got increasingly more expensive and didn’t deliver on promises. We moved to another DAM which is good but seems to have similar features to BrandBay. I’d love to move all of our assets to BrandBay but tags seem a little lacking. The only way we can move thousands of assets is if we import the tags via CSV import where a column in the CSV is tied to the image name. This worked great going from BrandFolder to the new DAM. 2nd question: the metadata is in separate columns that map to custom fields in DAM #2 like “Product Collection”, “Product Name”, “Product Color”, etc. These could all be mapped to a single TAGS field you have but it’s not as elegant, so wondering if you have the concept of custom field TAGS. ability to import a CSV is a non-negotiable though..
