Does Custom branding include cnames?
If yes, does each brand get its own cname?

On Tier 3 and 4 the coming soon CNAME feature would be made available. :)
The CNAME would only apply to the whole account. So only one domain per account.
The intended use is for a digital agency or freelancer to be able to provide their branded environment for their clients to log in to. HOWEVER when the client logs in they will see the whole app branded to their specific brand (the URL would essentially be that CNAMEed domain).
