May64516Q: Still no mobile option?
Hi there. Just purchased this and when we went to login and test things on mobile, via app.brandbay.io/login, we get a message saying "this application is not meant for use on a mobile device or a small format screen..."
We searched the questions/reviews and back in March of 2023 you advised mobile was "coming" and then again back on May 8th of 2024, you said "The mobile version of BrandBay is planned for after this next major UI/UX update is released. Once we have this next version's mobile scaling foundation we would be able to start moving towards bringing a lot of the benefits of BrandBay to mobile"
We're now almost in November 2025. We'd love to keep this but will have to refund it if there's no mobile option as that is mission critical for us. When will you release and have mobile capabilities?

Right now, you are able to access, upload, and download assets on mobile with BrandBay's share links feature! You can share links to either entire brands, specific collections, or individual assets and access them on mobile and even password protect your pages to share with clients and other via mobile. The only part of the application that is not currently mobile-compatible is the logged in dashboard version due to functionality restrictions.
