Q: Tier 6 - a few questions

Chrome extension - I'm assuming it's white labeled so that our clients can use it in our white labeled brand. If not, then what is the ETA for this? Also, do you use AI machine vision to organize and sort the photos, or do we need to have our photos/videos organized/sorted before we upload? The reason why I'm asking is I've had to deal with huge messes in the past. How do you handle massive duplicate or near duplicate photo/video problems? I've found it very difficult in the past with other DAM solutions to tell images or videos apart when there are tiny incremental changes with poor naming/version control hygiene, so the client has multiple versions saved and barely a way to tell them apart other than date/time, which wasn't always accurate. You get the idea.

A: Hello and thank you for the questions! Right now the browser extension is currently not available in the custom domain version, the main reason being security and also licensing with the Chrome Web Store. There are some limitations with how the browser extension would need to essentially be unique for each person, which when we looked into it really did not seem feasible.

Also right now we do not have an AI integration or function within BrandBay to automatically sort through images, so duplicate images would need to be managed on your or the clients' end, however we are certainly open to hearing suggestions about this and would be glad to look into and feedback you have if you'd like to share on our ideas board :)
