A: I would say it depends mainly on how you are working with your clients. You can invite clients into your account if you'd like or you could only invite team members inside.

There are a number of ways you could use BrandBay for instance an agency might like to invite every one of their clients into BrandBay as users so the clients could manage their own storage under the agency's domain.

Another agency could invite no clients into their account, and only operate with clients via share links, where the client may upload or download assets but have no ability to change them or go much further than that.

So from that perspective, your user seat needs may differ from business to business :)
