Q: Question for Platform Users

Hi,

I purchased Tier 3 and didnt get a chance to use the platform. Now i plan to upgrade to tier 4.
wanted to know feedback from platform users. Are the features working and the support is good? Because there was no update on the roadmap link since April. We wanted to where we are going.

Q: Question about the listening

Is the social listening tool the same as the "AI Brand Mention Scanner" on the site? I was testing it and it returned some results (on Reddit) that had zero mention of the keyword. Is that common in paid plans?
Is the any plan to let you create a post instead of a direct outreach? If someone says something great and you want to re-share, etc. ?

A: Hi Walter - feel free to email us we can see if we can support your business needs. We are early and do not have these in place currently. Soc2/GDPR compliance are pending but will not in the Appsumo LTD due to the ongoing-costs and regulatory requirements.

Q: Can I add one extra WhatsApp account to my Tier 2 license without upgrading to Tier 4?

Hi! I’ve already purchased the Tier 2 License, but I still need just one more WhatsApp account. Can we do something about this? Upgrading to Tier 4 is too expensive and wouldn’t be useful for me.
