Could you clarify if we can use Brandjet to train auto replies to all comments - or just ones we are mentioned on?

Is this functionality applicable on all current (and future) social media account i.e - LinkedIn accounts (presumably organisation pages?), Instagram, X, Facebook Pages (when launched) and
WhatsApp?

I'm looking at replient.ai on AppSumo which is purely focused on comment management and wanted to know if your tool does the same.

Also if you could please confirm whether it's only scanned WA numbers that can be used with your platforms or whether I can use Meta API/Twilio connected WhatsApp numbers?
