Q: BROKEN PRODUCT: Why are the emails not sending & when will this be fixed?
Just a heads up/warning for anyone considering moving their workflow to BreezeDoc:
The core email sending + automated follow-up features currently appear to be broken, which has been incredibly frustrating as a customer.
A huge reason I purchased the Agency Lifetime Plan was specifically for: - Automated reminder emails - Third-party contract delivery - Streamlined signing workflows
Same issue here! I've been emailing customer support, but extremely frustrating considering this was the primary reason I purchased Lifetime. Hoping this is resolved ASAP
Q: White-label / Remove AppSumo branding from footer?

I’m currently using BreezeDoc and had a question about branding/white-labeling.
The documents/footer includes AppSumo branding (e.g., “Part of the AppSumo family…”). For higher tiers, is there an option (or any plans) to remove or hide this footer branding?
This is important for client-facing use, where a fully white-labeled experience is needed.
Q: I am not recieving the document signature emails
Hi, I have a license from SppSumo. I noticed that BreezeDoc is not sending the notification emails to the signers. I tried sending emails with different documents and templates, and to signers on different domains, but no one is receiving them.
Having this same issue. If it's urgent, you can copy the signing link and manually send it out to your client/customer (that's what I've started doing). Hopefully they get it fixed soon though.
