Q: Wondering if I can use BreezeDoc for my case scenario
I have a dance studio registration form and liability form all in one pdf, it is for kids classes. I like the parent to fill it out and sign it, it would be great if I have a link on my site that takes them to the form where they can sign it and after they sign it they'll get redirect to a landing page where they can choose the classes and make their payment, or have the form embed it in my website, or have as a pdf where they can open it and sign on the the website? Is this something I could do with BreezeDoc? Is there a way to embed the form that upload to BreezeDoc on my website so people can fill it out? or is there anyway I could make this work ?
Hey guys, it would be nice if multiple files could be added at the same time, and also the ability to use a template plus additional files. Is there anything on the roadmap?
A: Right now, files can only be added one at a time. Multiple uploads and combining templates with additional files aren’t supported yet — but we can add this request to our roadmap for future consideration.
A: Yes. BreezeDoc has a REST API you can plug into your app. You can authenticate with OAuth 2.0 or a personal access token and make calls with Authorization: Bearer <token> From your dashboard you can create a document and then send it to its recipients via POST /documents/{document}/send, which triggers the signing flow on your users’ behalf You can also create docs from templates and monitor...
I want to know if i send a document for example that it expire next year, if theres a place where i can see when its going to expire and notificate mes that i need to send it agian for sign. Thanks,
A: At the moment, expiration dates are shown on your Documents dashboard so you can see when a file is set to expire. However, BreezeDoc doesn’t send alerts or notifications for expiring documents—you’d need to track those manually (for example, by adding a calendar reminder).
Yes, it would be great to have this feature. It should be quite simple to implement too.
Q: Where IS the "audit trail"?
Hi, I've been using this for a short while. I was using docusign, where (when signed) the document has a page at the end showing dates, IP addresses etc.
I can't find any kind of "audit trail". Not at the end of the signed document, or anywhere in a menu.
It's mentioned on the product page, so I look forward to hearing where I can find it. Thanks.

Q: Product Integration
Hello, can we integrate your API into our platform so that we can enable our users to share their docs for signing from within their dashboards?
