Q: If I send contracts using the links, does that mean it won’t email a confirmation when user signs?
Should I receive an email notification when the user signs contract? I happen to be logged in and noticed the signed documents but didn’t get an email notification, I checked my junk email.
We are locked out even though we have our email and password and have requested literally dozens of verification codes to be emailed to us now any none have ever arrived in our inbox - we are completely locked out. Reached out to support and no answer for the last 6 days. Please help!

Please check your spam/junk folder for emails from BreezeDoc, as verification codes can sometimes end up there. Also try adding [email protected] to your contacts and requesting the code again.
