I currently use Crove because of the mobile responsiveness but it very clunky and not as user friendly with sending on the go and redirecting after signatures is very faulty. Has this improved over the last year with mobile friendliness capabilities and does it allow the ability to send via SMS ?

Here's the rundown:
SMS reminders/sending: BreezeDoc currently sends signing notifications via email only — there's no SMS option at this time. We'll note the interest though!
Mobile friendliness: BreezeDoc is a responsive web app, so both sending and signing work on mobile browsers. Recipients can sign documents directly from their phone without any app install.
Redirect after signature: Yes! BreezeDoc supports custom redirect URLs on paid plans — you can redirect signers to any page you want after they complete signing.
