Thanks for the feedback — you're not the first to bring this up and we hear you. Currently, all signing emails are sent from BreezeDoc's email infrastructure, and there isn't a way to send from your own email address or domain.

That said, improving email deliverability is a top priority for us. We're actively working on making sure BreezeDoc emails land in inboxes, not spam folders.

In the meantime, a quick workaround: you can let your recipients know to check their spam folder and mark emails from BreezeDoc as "Not Spam" — this helps train their email provider for future messages.

We appreciate the suggestion about custom sending domains — it's noted and on our radar.
