We just checked and breezedoc.com is loading normally over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate, so the site is up and reachable on our end. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR is almost always triggered locally — most commonly by an antivirus or corporate proxy that's inspecting HTTPS traffic, a stale browser SSL cache, or an incorrect system date/time on the device.

A quick first try: open an incognito/private window in a different browser, or test from a different network (a mobile hotspot is the fastest sanity check).
