Q: Email change
I bought the upgraded deal and I had customer service change my email, but my new email address is being blocked by BreezeDoc and I cannot sign in, use forgot password, or receive/retrieve docs in my account.
I have emailed back and forth, but if someone is emailing the response to the blocked email it will not get through. I would buy another, but I really want the email address as I have automations coded to catch emails.
