Q: Spam Filter
When I send out a document to be signed, it goes into the spam filter. I've attempted to send it to multiple domains and they all went to the spam folder. Do I have to add anything to my mx record to be able to send documents to be sign without hitting the spam folder? I don't see any documentation on setting up the mx record on my domain.

Mar 23, 2026A: Hi! Sorry to hear about the spam folder issues.
All signing emails are sent from BreezeDoc's own email domain (not yours), so there's no MX or DNS record setup needed on your end — this isn't something you can fix from your side.
We're aware that email deliverability is critical and we're continuously working to improve it. A few tips in the meantime:
- Ask recipients to check their spam/junk folder and mark emails from BreezeDoc as "Not Spam" — this trains their email provider.
- Add [email protected] to their contacts to help future emails land in the inbox.
If you're consistently seeing this across multiple recipients and domains, please reach out to [email protected] with some details (recipient domains affected, approximate dates) so we can investigate on our end.
