Is there any plans on fixing deliverability, or updates on the matter? Just about all of my envelopes go to my clients spam folders, even the invites to other members. I have since had to switch to a different provider. I have never had this issue before with another service, but it seems to be ongoing with Bunnydoc. Do your audits include IP addresses from the signer? Do you have contact profiles that can be saved that include their title and the company information? So when you select a name next on a specific document, it'll auto-populate all that information in the fields?
Just to confirm when someone logs in the public site they don't have the ability to sign using Bunnydocs , they could only download and sign elsewhere ?
If I create templates and send them out to clients do they have to sign up an account before they sign them once sent? Is their an "audit trail" to have a copy of? Thank you very much.
