So I'm back on Butternut after a really long time and was playing around with the AI builder. I see now I have 100 credits to use. Are those credits renewed every month?
EDIT: also it seems like I can't publish a website without a subscription, even tho I deleted the tests I was doing. Also, I have been locked out of my account and I can't trigger the password reset, never get an email.
I have not been getting any response for my issues editing my website for which I still have 150+ credits and annual subscription worth 99 USD or so. A couple months ago, I got into a wierd situation with my credits and creating a fresh look of my webpage, where it appeared as though my subscription is botched up. They responded and fixed the issue but now I have re-encountered the same issue...

I am a Tier 3 purchaser. I previously tested the service and now plan to use it for a newly developed site. However, my AI credits are limited to 100, and acquiring additional credits requires an extra payment. Furthermore, after building the site, I was asked to subscribe monthly for activation. At present, it seems that the conditions of the AppSumo deal are not being met.
Please provide an update on the current situation and advise on how I might restore my Tier 3 privileges.
Q: UNLIMITED AI REPLACED WITH 100 CREDITS IN TIER-4???
It came to my knowledge that this vendor has replaced all the unlimited AI generations, like webpages creation, edits, regenerations, etc, that was all UNLIMITED in a TIER 4 $719 PLAN, for 100 AI credits!
Well, one buyer of this, after 1 single website generation with 1 single prompt, cost him 23 credits out of those 100! It means absolutely USELESS. A $719 PURCHASE!!! omg..
Appsumo better wait for a refund asking flood because this seller is a scammer, LOL.

I feel the same way. To be honest, I was quite fond of butternut, and I sincerely hope the service is restored soon.
