I read the response to a previous question asking if T1 would limit to having 10 clients for the month. The answer indicated that the number of customers tracked by the system would be unlimited, however the limit of 10 would apply to customers that are actively scheduled for the month. For Tier 1, the limit of 10 clients applies to unique clients scheduled in a given month. Once a client has been scheduled at least once in that month, they count toward your monthly limit.
Re-scheduling the same client again within that month won’t increase the count. However, completing a job for one client doesn’t “free up” a slot. You can’t replace them with a new...

A: Hello, here are the answers to your questions: 1. This can be configured at the board level. Please go to the board settings and edit each member’s role. 2. Currently, disabling the chat feature is not supported. 3. Likewise, team members can send messages and create channels to chat with others, and this cannot be restricted at the moment.

While Camelo isn’t specifically designed for the real estate industry, you can still use our Documents feature to store and share your leads list, training materials, and other files with your team. You can also use the Time Clock to track everyone’s working hours.
The previous plan only differed in team size, while storage space was quite large. However, in your dashboard, we could only see the number of team members.

The previous plan only differed in team size, while storage space was quite large. However, in your dashboard, we could only see the number of team members.
Don't worry about that. You can still have the old storage space limit at the time you purchased.
