Hi. I purchased CandyIcons when it lauched on Appsumo back in 2024. I want to by another code but I am unclear on how the new plans maps to my old plan. I bought 2 codes before and that equalted 60 credits. Now, it looks like the same dollar amount is 80 credits.
Does my old plan map to the new plan, so should I know have 80 credits per month? Also, when I buy the additional code, which will be 3, what will my new monthly total be?

A: Hi! Yes, your old plan maps to the new plan, and your existing 2 codes are worth 80 credits per month. New credits are compatible with your existing ones, so 3 codes would be 120 monthly credits in total. Hope this helps, let me know if you have additional questions!
I will get the new code and thanks. Please check your messaging system on your website. I asked this same question twice, on 2 separate days. It was never answered. That is why I posted it here.
I haven't used CandyIcons in months, but today I decided to create an icon. Voila! My credit list shows 60/60—every credit has been consumed! How did this happen? Who stole my credits? I checked my icons list, and it appeared to be exactly what I had created months ago. Nothing new had been added.

A: Hi sriniji! Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion.
Just to clarify, the dashboard shows your remaining credits for the current month, not the number of credits already used. So if your account shows 60/60, that means you still have all 60 credits available to use this month. As you create icons, the number will decrease, for example from 60/60 to 59/60, 58/60, and so on. No...
The review section is disabled so writing here. This is an awesome tool for generating real good and quality icons. Never seen before kind of icons, I am very impressed.

A: Hi dailystore! Thank you so much for the kind words, we really appreciate it and are glad you’re enjoying the tool. Just to share, AppSumo only allows verified purchasers to leave reviews, which is why the review section may not be available in some cases. Thanks again for the support, it means a lot to us!

A: Hi dewayne! Yes, CandyIcons should work fine for you on your Chromebook. Since the icons are provided in the widely used PNG format, your Chromebook will have no trouble downloading, viewing, and using them with any compatible presentation or design tool available on Chrome OS. Hope this helps!
Q: Can you confirm if SVG support will be added soon?
Hi. As you can tell, not having SVG support would render brand icons limited in their usage scope due to scalability limitations of bitmaps. Can you commit to providing SVG support within a reasonable timeframe (like 3-4 months perhaps)? Because then I'd buy instantly.

A: Hi HQRaja! SVG support is something we want to bring in when the implementation becomes smoother but we cannot promise a timeline yet. Thanks for understanding.

Hi, I just added the code and the app says I have 100 credits vs 120. Where should I email my support issue to?
Q: Credits run out without using even one credit!
