I saw the use cases, and a lot of the images are identical to Transcript.lol, which was on AppSumo. Are these two companies associated with one another?
i bought 3 codes for Castmagic in 2023. i have 600 minutes per month (10 hours) but also can invite team members.
how am i to make sense of upgrading. the Tier 1 now only allows one seat. i'm not able to do this Tier 2 just to get my team seats. and would this be added? i don't need 10 hours + 15 minus seats.
can you help clarify before deal ends?
i'm surprised there is nothing in the FAQ about previous plans. Castmagic sends a ton of email but nothing about this.

A: Hi. The AppSumo deal is only applicable to new Castmagic accounts and can’t be applied to or converted from an existing paid (non-AppSumo) account. However, if you’d still like to purchase the LTD, you’re welcome to apply it to a new Castmagic account.

1. If you delete a recording, it will remove everything associated with that recording, including the transcript and any generated content. So deleting it won’t keep the transcript/content separately.

Thanks for the reply. #2, I'd recommend removing the limit for everyone! People really don't like paying a lot & still having to advertise for you! #1, I'd strongly recommend changing this. In an AI meeting app that we use, video and audio can be removed manually or automatically (ie set to expire after a year) but will leave the transcript & AI generated copy. We paid for it, so we want to keep!

Seats are access per space, not per entire account. Anyone you add to a specific space will automatically have access to all recordings and content within that same space.
To control access, you can: - Create multiple spaces for different projects or teams - Invite team members only to the specific space(s) you want them to access - Keep other spaces...
