miakiszQ: MCP connection
I think you're ahead of what Claude Desktop can connect with your MCP. I received this message from Claude; "Anthropic has announced HTTP/SSE remote MCP support is coming to Desktop, it just isn't there yet." It says it doesn't recognize , "HTTP MCP servers, yet". The terminal code didn't recognize the desktop Claude app for the same reasons. Is there a workaround to connect an HTTP/SSE MCP server to Claude Desktop now?

Jun 8, 2026A: hi! just pushed an update to optimize it and make it easier. could you try again and let me know if it works? you should be able to connect directly by adding a custom connector in claude, and you can just auth with castmagic.

if that doesn't work, you can always just copy the instructions on that page and hand it to claude code and ask claude code to do it for you :)
