We use Telegram for all our back and forth communication.
I like the idea of Chanty if it can do everything Telegram can do and more. However, I didn't see a comparison on Chanty's blog (saw last year that someone mentioned a comparison was coming between Chanty and Telegram).
Could you specify if there is anything Chanty doesn't do/offer that Telegram does?
Is there any reason or particular situations where it might make sense to stick w/ Telegram over Chanty?

Yes, you can't delete "general" conversation because Chanty needs it as initial conversation. You were trying to delete it 13 times actually.

A: Basically you can have few configurations of the integration. Like connect few github accounts or setup few zaps through zapier. Contact our support if you need any assistance with that.
