Q: Instagram comments
Hello, I’ve seen that you replied to someone last year… that replies to comments in Instagram would be available in Q1 2026, but I can’t see it. I was waiting for this feature. Could you explain please? As I can’t find anything about instagram or Facebook integration in your Help Center.
Also possibly trigger a DM from a keyword in a comment on a post.

May 29, 2026A: Hello Joanie, We already have Instagram and Messenger integration. They currently support DMs only. As for the comments its currenly not there yet, we reshuffled some of the roadmap to prioritize stronger Shopify and e-Commerce integration. This functionality is still on our backlog though for Q3.
