Q: Tiers, Agents, and Properties

Hi!
I've been reading through the Q&A and I have a few questions.
1) Pricing:
I can choose 1-10 codes (= 5-50 agents). Are codes and agents the same thing expressed two ways? Or does each code also represent a separate "Property"? If I buy 3 codes, do I get 3 properties AND 15 agents? Or do I get 1 account with 15 agents that I can spread across unlimited properties?
2) Staff access and property isolation — your answers directly contradict each other:
- You said Team Members have access to ALL conversations across the account.
- You also said the inbox can be "isolated per site or unified, depending on how you assign agents to sites" — and that you can assign a team member to only one specific property.

Which one is true?

I run multiple businesses and need staff restricted to their own business only, with no cross-visibility.

Thanks!

A: Hello,
1) Properties are unlimited as long as you own those businesses. You can spread the agents accross the properties in any way you like
2) You assign properties to Team Members, so if one team member do not have access to a certain property, he won't be able to see any messages for that property.

Sure, the setup as you mentioned is doable.

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply! Okay, that should work. How do I prove that the businesses are mine? Do I upload certificates or something like that?
And btw, I think you misunderstood the AppSumo terms. There are tons of projects that sell agency licenses and white label products, while even being promoted by AppSumo for these features. Check out DM Champ for example. Should be fine

Nothing of that sort is really needed we just expect our LTD customers to follow the terms.

It's completely fine if you are an agency, the Appsumo plan supports that, you just need to buy a new code/license for each customer.
