autonmous voice ai bots that can take inbound and outbound calls. does Charla anticpate these style of support of automation to be included.

Jul 29, 2024A: Hello, Autonomous voice ai bots are not really our focus. We don't see a huge market for it. We are currently focusing on Live Chat for the SMB market. Intercom focuses more on enterprise customers willing to spending thousands monthly on a Live Chat solution.
