Q: Confirming my understanding
As per my understanding:
1. I am required to bring my key (BYOK) regardless of the tier.
2. I am limited to the messages (1 user query + LLM response) listed to the selected tier.
3. As it is BYOK, I will be paying the consumed tokens directly to the LLM selected + ChatbotBuilder credits.
4. I am also limited to the quantity of agents and training characters of the selected tier.
Correct?

So to confirm, there are chatbotbuilder.net messages limits. And we also use LLM tokens for each message?

Yes, that's correct. There are two separate components:
Our Message Limit: This is your monthly allowance on our platform, which helps ensure stable performance for all our users.
LLM Token Cost: This is a separate cost for the AI's usage, which you pay directly to the provider since you use your own API key.
Awesome! Thanks for explaining. Is an LLM API key required for the platform? or are there LLM tokens that can be purchased (I am assuming they are not free) from ChatbotBuilder? Thanks!

Great question! Yes, an LLM API key from a provider like OpenAI is required to use our platform. We use a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. This gives you two key benefits including you pay the lowest possible cost directly to the AI provider, and you have the complete flexibility to choose any model you want. Because of this, we do not sell LLM tokens directly.
Perfect! Thanks for the info!
