The app doesn't work, even their main website is gone and abandoned. The products on appsumo are supposed to be lifetime deals, this didn't even last one year. How can we get refunded for this?

I'm currently experiencing issues with the app.chatscribe.pro app not working. I tried to access it and use it, but the functionality is unavailable, preventing me from completing my tasks.

Please clarify the cause of the issue and let me know when the app will be available again. I also ask that you consider offering compensation if the service outage affects my paid services.

What's going on with this product?
It's not a LTD.
Did it go bye-bye, no Founder email, nothing?

I haven't been able to reach the website for three days. It was a good app, when it was available. This happens too often.

I can't even write a review for it now. So, is it gone for good this time?

When I upload a file that is more than 2 hours long, it remains in "transcribing" mode which can last for several days... without ever finishing.
