Q: Question about images

Since I couldn't find any topics on this in the help section and it wasn't intuitive to change, here's my question about using images that fill a section or container. Is that possible? Can images also be cropped, or can they only be scaled along one axis?

A: Hi toms.mc,

You can set the image to full width using the Scale option, and then lock the image to turn it into a background image.
We don’t currently support cropping, but you can adjust the ratio using Shift + mouse drag.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Q: Tier 5 - 200 Workspaces, but then only 5 hosted websites (100 pages each)

Can you help clarify the following in regards to Tier 5. What is the difference between Workspaces and Hosted web sites? With Tier 5 we can have 200 workspaces and 200 team members, but then we can only host 5 websites with 100 pages max for each site.

A: Hi,
Great question! Here’s the difference:

Workspaces

A workspace is your internal environment inside Claritee where you and your team create projects, wireframes, designs, sections, pages, exports, and more.
Tier 5 includes 200 workspaces, meaning you can manage up to 200 separate clients or teams, each with their own projects and permissions.

Hosted Websites

Hosted websites are optional...

Q: One more question about the different plans

One Workspace is the area for my company (Company ABC). Under Custom Domain I can publish a website on my company domain www.abc.de/claritee, so visitors can see how I customize the site.

What does "Unlimited Active Projects" and "Unlimited Pages" mean? Suppose Tier 1: could I have five clients, each with a website, i.e., five projects, each website with 30 subpages? If yes, what’s the point of...

A: Hi,

Great questions! Here’s the simple breakdown:

Workspaces
A workspace is your main working area.
On Tier 1 you can manage multiple clients inside one workspace using rooms and folders.
Tier 2 and above are only needed if you prefer having a separate workspace for each client.

Unlimited Active Projects and Unlimited Pages
This applies to everything you build inside Claritee.
You can create...

Q: Right Tier for White Label

Your software is found her under the filter-criteria "White Label". Actually I have an online-membership about AI. I want to offer the online-community-customer the free usage of Claritee as they are in my online-membership. Which Tier is the right one? How does it technically work?

A: Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, the white-label feature is meant for internal use or direct client-facing work and not mass redistribution.

If your goal is to offer Claritee as a free perk inside a large online membership community, that would be considered reselling, which isn’t supported under our LTD tiers.
