So, if I manually do outreaches after running desired searches, is that 100% safe?

I'm looking to purchase Tier 2 and had the same question. I'm assuming the ai agent feature will be included since in their Terms and Conditions section they state that "All future Personal Plan updates." will be included + that "AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into any new features and feature limits". Let's wait to hear back on this...
