Q: Why isn't the "cold lead to warm reply" moment shown on the listing?
I went through the entire AppSumo listing and couldn't find a motion video showing what actually happens when Closely sends a personalized LinkedIn sequence and a reply lands in the unified inbox. And as someone who creates motion explainer videos for SaaS products, that's exactly why I noticed it immediately.

A: Hey there! Unfortunately, we don't have such features at the moment. However I passed your request to our product team for them to consider adding these features to our roadmap.
It says that there is no seat available for linkedin, and also no import via csv, linkedin search and sales nav. So I am confused: I thought that is the only real function closely has. So - what *IS* actually included if not *that*?

A: Hi there! With 1 code you get 2,000 credits for lead prospecting. 1 code gives you the option to find the contact details for 1 lead via the Lead Finder tab or via the extension. If you're interested in the LinkedIn outreach, you'll need to get at least 2 codes to be able to add 1 LinkedIn account.
Q: My account was just flagged by LinkedIn while I had the warm-up setting on. Why is this?
I've used Closely on and off for a while now. This hasn't happened before. Ofc I can't use an automation tool anymore and risk nuking my account.
Couldn't leave a review since I didn't purchase in this round, so I'm leaving a question instead.
