Hello With a few connections currently missing e.g Microsoft, LinkedIn, it would be great to increase the limit on custom account types. It doesn't specify a limit on AppSumo, but I'm limited to just 1 custom account. Perhaps while you sort out the additional connections it would be good to allow users more custom. I don't understand the limit there.
Your roadmap came to a halt at the beginning of Feb.. this is often a big red flag. I am on Tier 5.. but I have not yet started to use the tool 'properly'. Before I do, it would be good to know this is an active tool .. when can we expect to see the change log .. being updated again?
Also, no reply from their support.. I can not apply white label.. the screen crashes when I go to the white label area.. I have contacted support.. nothing back .. not feeling good about this
I managed to connect my domain after multiple tries, but honestly I’m not even sure what fixed it — it just suddenly worked. Still having issues with white label though, and support hasn’t responded even after a follow-up.
Planning to request a refund, just can’t risk relying on a tool that feels unstable and unsupported.
It's cooked. The founders have ghosted their customers and pulled the app, mind you they knew customers were asking in their Slack channel. One of them followed me on LinkedIn as they were ignoring questions about whether it was abandoned.
AppSumo owns the reputational fallout when this happens. People who buy on AppSumo become hesitant to continue doing so.
