Yes, you can buy Tier 1 and use it for a client's website. Agency and client use is fully allowed with no restrictions.

Just keep in mind that the account (and dashboard) will be under your login, as we don't currently support separate client logins or sub-accounts. Your client wouldn't have their own dashboard to manage the banner independently.

If you need more sites down the line, you can always upgrade or purchase additional licenses.
