Good news! This feature is now live in production. You can duplicate an existing site's banner configuration (including cookie categories and settings) and apply it to other domains, so you don't have to set everything up from scratch for each site.
Just head to your Sites dashboard and you'll find the option to clone/duplicate a site's configuration.
