- Hi, I purchased this deal with Tier 5 but today I have noticed after dashboard design change, you also have applied limits to accounts. Everything was unlimited with Tier 5 and now I see so many limits on multiple components. For example I can only have 100 conversations with "Unlimited" account? This is one of many limitations. Can you please guide if I am misunderstanding it?

When a user clicks Send Message, does it start the conversation inside the chat bubble, or does it redirect them to the selected platform? For example, if they click WhatsApp, will they be taken to WhatsApp to start the conversation there?
- Hello, when I install this code for the widget on a client's site, will they be able to see any from of Contact Button connection in the code? I hate for them to circumvent me and go directly to you for the solution.
