1. Do you have any plans to offer a white-label option, either now or in the future?
2. Is there a workspace or client-management feature? If so, how are we expected to organize and manage multiple clients?
3. What other features are currently in development? Do you have a public roadmap?
4. When a user clicks Send Message, does it start the conversation inside the chat bubble, or does it redirect them to the selected platform? For example, if they click WhatsApp, will they be taken to WhatsApp to start the conversation there?

Aug 28, 2026A: 1) No, no plans for white labeling, but as mentioned in other comments, other than the portal and the script URL, our service can be delivered to a client without them really knowing the provider, unless they know how to read html code to find our .js script or want access to the portal themselves.
2) Yes, we have a team feature and the ability to manage many "workspaces" via one login
3) We just did a major release that we didn't update on AppSumo as this is our last month here. I'd suggest creating a free account to kick the tires with.
4) Depends, can do both based on limitations of the platform. In most cases, the best we can do is pre-populate the recipient address and message fields for you.
