Q: Website code for clients
Hello, when I install this code for the widget on a client's site, will they be able to see any from of Contact Button connection in the code? I hate for them to circumvent me and go directly to you for the solution.

Aug 23, 2026A: Yes, our java script includes app.contactbutton.com in the code, so if a client know how to inspect html on their site, not too hard to figure out.
I don't currently have plans to whitelist or hide that url in the install code. Best, Pete

No plans at the moment. This is also our last month on AppSumo. Will be focusing more on creators and small local businesses than agencies going forward.
