PLEASE - do share any custom prompts, templates & suggestions on structuring workflow & project planning or mngt charting. Have you guys at CM already used it via the Streico API and various specialized LLMs in this way? For planning/building CM other Roadmap projects or dev-ops ... with the coding supportive/specialized LLMs yet - via the api? Feels like it should work to some degree, even if just rudimentary whiteboard style charting?

Q: Languages
Hi Marek, I see slightly contradicting answers about languages here - some answers say that there will be some new languages, some says in may you would add basically all the languages. I am interested in Bulgarian. Will you add it in may as well? Do you also have keyword DB for Bulgarian language? Thanks a lot!
A: Hi, these differences in responses arose because we’re trying to meet new user demands. Originally, we would add a new language only when we had all the necessary data available, including keyword data, etc. But now, with the growing number of requests, we’re also trying to accommodate those for which complete data isn’t yet available. So we're trying to find a way for these users to benefit from ContextMinds although with not quite 100% availability of all data.

I read your fair use policy which limits to 12*7 = 84 hours per week per user. Effectively, a user cannot manage more than 80 (84)clients in a week if 1 hour per client?

The hour limit clause is there to protect us from illegal sharing of one account by multiple users. You don't have to worry about it. It does not limit any normal usage, it's there just for case we see some abnormal and clearly malicious usage, we can use it to disable given account.
Yes, you can buy an extra code and upgrade from previous campaign Tier 4, just note that you will be upgraded to the limits and features currently listed here (these are a bit lower since Tier 5 used to be unlimited).
BYOK is possible for AI apis, so it removes the "GPT credits" limit, but the keyword and web search will still be done internally and spend credits.
I am not sure what you mean by client role. We have workspaces, there are members and admins, where members have access as defined per each folder while admins can edit the folders and access. Then we have internal users where internal users share the limits and features with the account owner, with the exception that they can't create workspaces.
The can't sell or rent part of the fair use policy is there to prevent selling the internal user accounts publicly to anyone. If you are an agency working for a client, you give the client an internal user account and charge him for that, that is a fair usage for as long as you work with the client.

So is the old tier 5 with all unlimited continues to remain? On workspace, users and keyword and research limits?
