Yes, once you reach 500k clicks, except link tracking everything else will work as before, i,e you wlll be able to create new links and you audience will be able to open the short links.

A: Yes 👍 you can upgrade anytime by purchasing additional codes and stacking them on your existing account.
For example, if you start with Code 1 and later decide you need more limits, you can simply purchase Code 2 or Code 3 from AppSumo and redeem it in the same CutMe Short account. Your plan will automatically upgrade based on the total number of stacked codes.
I have one final question: After using a custom domain, how can I set up a redirect link like mydomain.com/go/my-test? Specifically, one that includes a subdirectory in the middle, since I don't want to use a new subdomain.

We fully support custom root domains - mydomain.com/my-test and subdomains- go.mydomain.com/my-test
These are the two supported and recommended setups, as they are reliable, scalable, and work cleanly with DNS and SSL.
